WHAT TO BRING?
- Bring a valid, government issued ID with you when visit for services.
- Be sure to bring all pages of packet needing notarization not just the sign page.
- DO NOT sign or date documents before coming in, this must be done in the Prescence of a notary.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
Every signer must demonstrate a willingness to sign the documents without coercion. He/she must also be aware of what they are signing and understand the significance of the transaction. Documents cannot be notarized if there is any cognitive impairment.
